Complaint by Switzerland.

This request, dated 18 July 1997, raises the same issues in respect of India’s quantitative restrictions on imports of agricultural, textile and industrial products as in the requests by the US (WT/DS90), Australia (WT/DS91), Canada (WT/DS92), and New Zealand (WT/DS93). However, Switzerland does not invoke the Agreement on Agriculture.

Mutually agreed solution

On 23 February 1998, the two parties notified a mutually agreed solution.
