SEVENTEENTH PROCES-VERBAL EXTENDING THE DECLARATION

ON THE PROVISIONAL ACCESSION OF TUNISIA TO THE

GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE

DONE AT GENEVA ON 6 NOVEMBER 1985

I have the honour to inform you that on 9 March 1988 the Government of Austria deposited with me an instrument of ratification relating to the above-mentioned Procès-Verbal, thereby recognizing as fully binding the signature affixed by its plenipotentiary on 16 May 1986.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Procès-Verbal.
