AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

It is hereby certified that the modification relating to Annex I to the Agreement on Government Procurement, attached hereto, having been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement pursuant to the provisions of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement on 26 April 1988 in document GPR/43 and GPR/43/Add.1, after having been taken up in the Committee on 16 October 1987 and on 18 March 1988, has become effective as of 26 May 1988.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.

In the list concerning Sweden, the National Board of Education shall be replaced by the National Labour Market Board and its twenty-five regional labour market offices (the so-called AMU-Group). The threshold referred to in Article I:1(b) of the Agreement shall for each of these entities be SDR 5000.
