CERTIFICATION OF RECTIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

It is hereby certified that the minor amendment relating to Annex I to the Agreement on Government Procurement, which is attached hereto, has been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement on 16 January 1989 in document GPR/48 and that no objections thereto were made within the prescribed time-limit.

The amendment has thus become effective as of 16 February 1989.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.
