TWENTIETH PROCES-VERBAL EXTENDING THE DECLARATION

ON THE PROVISIONAL ACCESSION OF TUNISIA TO THE

GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE

DONE AT GENEVA ON 7 NOVEMBER 1988

I have the honour to inform you that, on 21 July 1989, the Government of Austria deposited with me an instrument of ratification of the above-mentioned Procès-Verbal, thereby recognizing as fully binding the signature affixed by its plenipotentiary on 22 March 1989.

In terms of its paragraph 2 the Procès-Verbal entered into force for Austria on 21 July 1989.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Procès-Verbal.
