PROTOCOL FOR THE ACCESSION OF COSTA RICA

TO THE GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE

DONE AT GENEVA ON 20 NOVEMBER 1989

I have the honour to inform you that on 24 November 1989 the Government of Costa Rica accepted the above-mentioned Protocol, subject to ratification.

I also have the honour to inform you that on 24 November 1989 the Protocol was accepted by the following Governments:

Colombia Norway

Germany, Fed. Rep. of Portugal

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 11 of the Protocol.
