Subject: Request of Bahrain for Membership in the MFA

This is further to document Let/1797 of 14 January 1993 in which the deadline for the consideration of Bahrain's request for membership in the MFA (see COM.TEX/W/247) was extended until 26 February 1993.

I am now advised that several delegations have been holding consultations on this request but will require additional time to continue this process. They have, accordingly, requested a further extension of the deadline for the submission of comments.

In these circumstances, the deadline for the submission of comments is extended to 31 March 1993.
