Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that on 15 April 1993 the Governments of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic accepted the above-mentioned Agreement. By a special decision of the Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices (ADP/95 of 21 April 1993), the Agreement came into force for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on 1 May 1993.

This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article 16 of the Agreement.
