Notification of Acceptance

I have the honour to inform you that on 15 April 1993 the above-mentioned Agreement was accepted by the Governments of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. By a special decision of the Committee on Import Licensing, (LIC/20 of 21 April 1993), the Agreement entered into force for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on 1 May 1993.

The notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 5 of the Agreement.
