Certification of Rectifications and Amendments

It is hereby certified that the rectifications relating to Annex 1 to the Agreement on Government Procurement which are attached hereto, have been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement on 11 April 1991 in document GPR/59, and on 4 March 1993 in document GPR/W/123 in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement and no objections hereto having been made within the prescribed time-limit, have become effective as of 11 May 1991 and 3 April 1993 respectively.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.

RELATING TO ANNEX 1 TO THE AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

Sweden (Notification of 11 April 1991):

Replace "The Royal Civil Defense Board" with "The National Rescue Service Board".

Sweden (Notification of 4 March 1993):

"As from 1 January 1993 the Code-covered entity Trafiksäkerhetsverket (National Road Safety Office) has ceased to exist and its functions have been transferred to the Code-covered entity Vägverket (National Road Administration").
