CERTIFICATION OF RECTIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

It is hereby certified that the rectifications relating to Annex 1 to the Agreement on Government Procurement which are attached hereto, have been notified to the Committee on Government Procurement on 23 February 1994 in document GPR/W/132 and on

20 June 1994 in document GPR/W/134 in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5 of Article IX of the above-mentioned Agreement and no objections hereto having been made within the prescribed time-limit, have become effective as of

21 March 1994 and 20 July 1994.

This communication is furnished in accordance with paragraph 12 of Article IX of the Agreement.

RECTIFICATION OF A PURELY FORMAL NATURE AND MINOR

AMENDMENTS RELATING TO ANNEX I

TO THE AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

Sweden (Notification of 23 February 1994)

With reference to Article IX:5(a) of the Agreement on Government Procurement the appropriate publication in Annex II has been changed to "Official Journal of the European Communities".

Sweden (Notification of 20 June 1994)

As of 1 July 1994 the "Fortifikationsförvaltningen (Fortifications Administration)" has been replaced by "Fortifikationsverket (Royal Swedish Fortifications Administration)".
