Rectification

With reference to the notification of acceptance of the above-mentioned Agreement which appeared in my letter GLI/303 of 3 May 1994, I have the honour to inform you that the acceptance by Cuba was subject to ratification.

This rectification is being made upon the request of the government of Cuba.
