RECTIFICATION

I have the honour to draw your attention to a typographical error which appears in the French text of the above-mentioned Agreement, a certified copy of which was transmitted on 4 July 1994.

The error which requires rectification is the following:

The footnotes to the French text of the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization are now numbered 5 to 8. They should be numbered 1 to 4.

As depositary of the Agreement I shall cause the correction to be made to the authentic text unless any government notifies me of an objection thereto before 4 November 1994. In due course the correction will be certified by a Procès-Verbal of Rectification.
