NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

I have the honour to inform you that on 13 December 1994 the above-mentioned Agreement was signed by the Government of Burundi, subject to ratification.

This notification is being furnished in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article XIV of the Agreement.
