Note by the Secretariat
Listed hereunder are reports under Article 14:4 of the Tokyo Round Agreement and Article 16.4 of the Uruguay Round Agreement received in October-November-December 1995. These reports have been received from Australia, the EC, Malaysia and New Zealand concerning preliminary and final anti-dumping actions and are available in the WTO Secretariat for inspection by government representatives.
Members will recall that the WTO Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices decided that all preliminary and final actions taken after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement would be notified to the Committee. The Member could indicate in its notification whether in its view the action related to an investigation or review to which the provisions of the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 or the corresponding Tokyo Round Agreement applied.
