ACCESSIONS Montenegro The General Council established a Working Party to examine Montenegro's application in February 2005. Montenegro's Memorandum on the Foreign Trade Regime was circulated in March 2005, followed by the first meeting of the Working Party in October 2005. Bilateral market access negotiations on goods and services are underway on the basis of revised offers on goods and services. The third meeting of the Working Party took place in February 2007 to continue the examination of Montenegro's foreign trade regime. |
