These hours are indicative and will depend on the development of the

There may be a separate closed session of the meeting, in which parties may
discuss confidential information. This confidential session would start at
10:00., on Thursday, 7 October. It would be open only to the delegations of the
parties and would not be broadcast to the public.
Members of the public allocated seats will need to show valid photo
identification at the Bureau Controle Identification, adjacent to the entrance
of the WTO building, so that a badge may be issued allowing access to the
viewing room. Attendees are requested to arrive in good time as security checks
may delay access to the viewing room.
Please note that any form of recording or filming is prohibited. As a courtesy
to other participants, cell phones should be switched off during the public
viewing.
The WTO cannot offer any support, including financial, for accommodation, flight arrangements and visas.
ONLY THOSE WITH RESERVED SEATS WILL BE ADMITTED.
