The statements were originally made and recorded at the meeting of the arbitrator held from 20 to 23 September 2021.

In addition to the audio recordings, access will also be provided to written versions of the parties' statements at the meeting and the parties' responses to the arbitrator's questions at the meeting. The audio recordings and written materials will be available in English only.

Access to the audio recordings and written materials will be granted upon completion of a registration form. Applications will be accepted until Thursday 24 February 2022 at 17:00 Geneva time.

On Friday 4 March 2022, registered participants will receive an email containing a web link and credentials to access the audio recordings and written materials. The link will remain active between 12 noon on Monday 7 March 2022 and 12 noon on Thursday 10 March 2022 Geneva time.
