The Proposed Agenda can be found in document WT/GC/W/634 and contains the following items:
1. Report by the Chairman of the Trade Negotiations Committee
This is a standing Item on the Agenda. The Director-General will report, in his capacity as Chairman of the TNC, on activities in this area since his last report in February.
2. Work Programme on Small Economies — Report by the Chairman of the Dedicated Session of the Committee on Trade and Development
Under this standing Item, the Chairman of the Dedicated Session of the CTD will report on the progress of work in the Work Programme on Small Economies.
3. Committee on Budget, Finance And Administration — Report on meeting of March 2011
The Chairman of the Budget Committee will introduce the Committee's report on its meeting in March (WT/BFA/123), and seek the Council's approval of the specific recommendations in paragraphs 33, 34 and 37 of WT/BFA/123.
4. Waivers under Article IX of the WTO Agreement
(a) Cape Verde — Implementation of Article VII of GATT 1994 and of the Agreement on Customs Valuation (G/C/W/646/Rev.1) — Draft Decision
The Chairman of the Goods Council will report on the Goods Council's consideration of this matter and seek the General Council's approval of the Draft Decision in G/C/W/646/Rev.1.
(b) European Union — Request for a waiver on additional autonomous trade preferences granted by the European Union to Pakistan (G/C/W/640) — Statement by the Chairman of the Council for Trade in Goods
Pursuant to Article IX:3 of the Marrakesh Agreement, the Chairman of the Goods Council will report on the Goods Council's consideration of this matter.
5. WTO Pension Plan Management Board — Election of Chairman, Members and Alternates — Proposal by the Chairman of the General Council (WT/GC/W/632)
The Council will be invited to elect the Chairman, Members and Alternates to Management Board of the WTO Pension Plan for a three-year term.
