Consultations
Complaint by Venezuela
On 9 January 2019, Venezuela requested consultations with Colombia concerning measures imposed by Colombia relating liquid fuel distribution, licensing, surcharges on products, market access, and product quotation policies.
Venezuela claimed that the challenged measures appear to be inconsistent with:
- Articles I:1, III:4, V:2, XI:1, and XXIV:12 of the GATT 1994.
