Complaint by the United States.

This request, dated 7 October 1996, concerns a complaint by the US against subsidies being granted and maintained by Australia on leather products under the TCF scheme. A violation of Article 3 of the SCM Agreement is alleged. The US is also invoking Article 30 of the SCM Agreement to the extent that it incorporates by reference Article XXIII:1 of GATT 1994.
