L'OMC jouera un rôle actif à la vingt-septième Conférence des Nations Unies sur les changements climatiques (COP27), qui se tiendra à Charm el-Cheikh (Égypte), du 6 au 18 novembre. La Directrice générale, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, participera aux activités du Sommet destinées aux dirigeants mondiaux, tandis que l'OMC prendra part à des activités avec d'autres instances en vue d'examiner des questions relatives au commerce et aux changements climatiques. La COP27 sera en outre l'occasion de présenter l'édition 2022 du Rapport sur le commerce mondial de l'OMC, axée sur le changement climatique et le commerce international.
