This event seeks to take stock of discussions on trade and the environment since the establishment of the WTO. It will provide an opportunity to look back at the role of the global trade and environment regimes in helping countries to achieve sustainable development, and to explore how WTO jurisprudence on trade and environment has evolved during the past two decades.
