Mutually Agreed Solutions notified under Article 3.6 of the DSU

Complaint by Canada.

This request, dated 16 July 1997, raises the same issues in respect of India’s quantitative restrictions on imports of agricultural, textile and industrial products as in the requests by the US (DS90) and Australia (DS91). On 25 March 1998, the two parties notified a mutually agreed solution.
