On 23 May and 28 May respectively the parties notified the WTO that they had reached a mutually agreed solution to their disputes pursuant to Article 3.6 of the Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU).  In accordance with Article 12.7 of the DSU, the panel reports do not contain any substantive findings but provide a brief description of the cases and report that solutions have been reached.
