Summary up-to-date at

Mutually Agreed Solutions notified under Article 3.6 of the DSU

Complaint by the European Communities.

This request, dated 18 July 1997, raises the same issues in respect of India’s quantitative restrictions on imports of agricultural, textile and industrial products as in the requests by the US (DS90), Australia (DS91), Canada (DS92), New Zealand (DS93), and Switzerland (DS94). In addition, the EC is also alleging violations of Articles 2, 3 and 5 of the SPS Agreement. On 7 April 1998, the two parties notified a mutually agreed solution.
