Rapports sur le règlement des différends 2011

Les rapports sur le règlement des différends de l’Organisation mondiale du commerce comprennent les rapports des groupes spéciaux et de l’Organe d’appel, ainsi que les décisions arbitrales, qui portent sur les différends concernant les droits et obligations des Membres de l’OMC au titre des dispositions de l’Accord de Marrakech.

Il s’agit d’ouvrages indispensables dans la bibliothèque de tout juriste praticien ou universitaire spécialisé en droit commercial et ils sont souvent consultés par les étudiants suivant des cours de droit économique ou commercial international. La date de chaque volume correspond à la date à laquelle le différend a finalement été résolu. Ce sont les seuls rapports officiels de l’OMC, paginés, disponibles uniquement en anglais.
